Penguins News Update
Left Wing Matt Cooke has been served with a two game suspension for a hit that he placed Scott Walker during the game against the Carolina Panthers. He was assesed a minor penalty for interference, Walker left the game and did not return. Cooke will forfeit $12,903.23 that will go towards the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
In other Penguins news Bill Thomas and Paul Bissonnette have ben recalled from Wilkes-Barre for tomorrow nights game against the Rangers. Also for tomorrow nights game fowards Pascal Dupuis and Max Talbot will rejoin the lineup while Captain Sidney Crosby says that he is optimistic that he will play as a result of the lingering injury he sustained against the Capitals.
