We are 2 games in and moments away from the drop of the puck for the third game of the season, first at Consol and so far the Penguins look to be a force to be reckoned with. They opened the season in Philly with a bang jumping to a 2 goals to none lead in the first and only allowed an opening tally in the second before shutting the doors, and then again the next night they easily handled the NY Rangers. Of all things that are vastly improved with this team so far this year would have to be the play of one Paul Martin, for most of if not all of the time he has been here he has been the whipping boy for making piss poor decisions and allowing the other team to get a jump. The only downfall if you want to call it that so far this young season is the play of Eric Tangradi, he still looks a bit lost out there and about a second slower than everyone else on the ice, and you can't have that when you are playing on a line with 2 snipers in James Neal and Geno Malkin. Hopefully he figures out what he is doing soon or he may find himself in the press box or bak in WB/S.
